What happens if you find a problem?

We contact you immediately by phone and email with a description and photographs of the issue. For urgent situations — a burst pipe, storm damage, or signs of break-in — we will attempt to reach you and your designated emergency contact until we get through.

Do you handle any repairs or remediation?

Our role is to inspect, document, and alert. We do not perform repairs ourselves, but we have trusted relationships with local Muskoka contractors and can help coordinate emergency services if needed.

When does the service run?

Typically from Thanksgiving (October) through Victoria Day weekend (May), though we can begin and end on any date that suits your schedule. Many clients start the service the day after their fall closing clean.
